If you work in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman and your family member in Pakistan needs a GAMCA medical, you can book it online from the Gulf. The medical itself always happens in Pakistan: the candidate attends an assigned Pakistan center in person with their own passport.
How it works from abroad
You complete the online booking and the Rs 5,000 token payment from wherever you are. The PDF slip is delivered by email and WhatsApp, so you can forward it to your family member in Pakistan. The slip is valid for 21 days, and the center printed on it is the one the candidate must visit.
What you need
- The candidate passport details exactly as printed on the passport
- The candidate CNIC details and a copy
- A WhatsApp number and email address for slip delivery
- A payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer)
Step by step
- Open the Book Appointment form and enter the candidate details
- Pay the Rs 5,000 token fee and upload the payment proof
- Receive the slip by email and WhatsApp and share it with the candidate
- The candidate visits the assigned center with the original passport, CNIC, photographs and slip
- The medical fee (Rs 26,000) and vaccination fee (Rs 10,000) are paid at the center
Important notes
The candidate must attend in person; nobody can attend on their behalf. The center is assigned on the slip and cannot be chosen. A FIT report is valid for 2 months, so plan the visa steps around it. If you are yourself in the Gulf now, the same process applies when you are next in Pakistan, or for a family member who is already there. Country-specific guidance is on the Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman pages.
